The mission of GoldenRule Housing & Community Development Corporation is to assist any person that would like to become a homeowner to achieve that dream. To provide our clients with financial preparedness, credit counseling, clearing and post homeownership education. We also believe that a hand up is a way out!
Description:
GoldenRule Housing & Community Development Corporation provides, through a charitable manner, decent, safe, sanitary housing that is affordable and accessible to residents of Seminole County, especially household incomes that meet the criteria to qualify as very-low and low as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Also, to develop and build prototype low-income housing ventures which can serve as demonstrations to be replicated in other areas of Florida where the need exists. In addition, to serve as a one-stop resource center for persons needing information and assistance relative to housing, community, economic, and business opportunities; to joint-venture with private developers, local governments, and lenders to provide housing and related services to very-low and low income persons.
