The Center's Mission is: The Center promotes the well-being of the GLBT communities.

We achieve our mission by serving as a sanctuary for all GLBT people, providing programs and services that empower, educate, and entertain the GLBT community, and to strengthen the intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of GLBT people through these programs and services.We also celebrate our differences by fighting discrimination, inequality, oppression, and injustice. We strive to be the center of the GLBT community in Central Florida.
