The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)is designed to help people 55 or better to participate more fully in the life of their community through significant volunteer services. RSVP volunteers can be found in museums, hospitals, schools, and at law enforcement agencies, just to name a few. We match your time, talents, and interests to meet your needs and the needs in the community.
Description:
RSVP helps seniors 55 or better find meaningful volunteer opportunities. We work with over 120 non-profit agencies in Orange County, Florida. Nearly 1,300 volunteers are active in many areas of community service. RSVP helps seniors maintain their dignity and self-esteem, and promote a sense of purpose in their lives. To the 120+ non-profit agencies for whom we find volunteers, we provide an excellent resource of qualified people that helps alleviate their work and financial burdens.
