The mission of the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County is to provide unified leadership, support and guidance to ensure that the children of our community have the opportunity to reap the benefits of developmentally appropriate, research-based school readiness and Voluntary Pre-kindergarten (VPK) programs, respecting the role of the parent as their child's first teacher. The vision of the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County is for all Orange County Children to be fully prepared to enter school ready to learn.

The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County is a 501c (3) that develops and administers programs to ensure children ages birth to five experience the benefits of a developmentally appropriate, research based early care and education services while respecting the role of the parent as the child's first teacher.
