Rosemont Elementary PTA

The mission of the PTA is threefold:
To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;
To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise, protect and prepare their children;
To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this state.

Description:
Each year The Rosemont Elementary PTA continues to advance its mission to develop between educators, parents and the general public such united efforts that will secure for all children the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education and well-being.

Through our PTA program we will like to enhance and support school activities that not funded by Orange County Public Schools.

In collaboration with the school, the PTA sponsors or co-sponsors the following events and/or programs: Pre-K-5th grade classes, volunteer program, community resources, character club, exceptional ed classes, sponsor students on filed trips, guidance department, health & safety, hospitality, multi-cultural activities, music program, teachers national board certification, PE department, Parent outreach committee, patrols, reading, math, & science nights, thanksgiving baskets, toy drive, teacher recognition, reading celebrations, community day, and special projects.
