The JCC's mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. We employ the social group work method plus other disciplines, and through our programming, attempt to foster an appreciation of our American & Jewish heritage.

Description:
The JCC serves a broad spectrum of people- from toddlers to those in their 80's & beyond. Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of race, religion, or nationality. Service is provided to nearly 20,000 people annually. Financial assistance to those who cannot pay full fee.
The Diamond Seal of Excellence in childcare is annually awarded to both our nursery school & after school care programs by 4C. We are a recognized leader in child care, serving nearly 100 after school care children & over 500 preschoolers daily. The JCC has been recognized by the Orange County Citizens for Children with an award for child care excellence. Our nursery school & summer camping program are nationally accredited, which means we have met or exceeded the highest nationally recognized standards for health, safety, staff training, & program quality.
The center has also won two Walt Disney Community Service Awards in the senior citizens category. We serve approximately 1,000 seniors in 3 locations (Maitland, downtown Orlando, plus South Orlando)
