Habitat for Humanity Orlando is dedicated to improving our community one home and one family at a time by building decent, affordable homes.
Description:
Habitat for Humanity Orlando partners with our home owner families, corporations, churches, and individuals from the community to build decent affordable homes. Habitat for Humanity offers a hand up, not a hand out, to Orlando families caught in the never-ending cycle of poverty. Through hundreds of hours of “sweat equity” and classroom education, homeowners work side-by-side with countless community leaders, corporate executives, church and synagogue members, associations, civic groups, students, and an army of community volunteers that are dedicated to eliminating poverty housing and strengthening our neighborhoods.
