Mending Hearts Charities, Inc. is dedicated to the revitalization of the Holden Heights community in Orlando, Florida. Mending Hearts Charities will accomplish these goals by building meaningful relationships that ensure a quality neighborhood, economic growth, and healthy stable families. In addition, Mending Hearts Charities will provide basic, affordable housing to residents of Holden Heights and facilitate programs that make the community a better place to live.

Mending Hearts provides affordable rental housing to very low income and disabled individuals and families in Orlando. We are a volunteer based organization that relies solely on individual and corporate donations. We currently help 68 families every month with rental housing, personal care items, clothing, school supplies and household items. Most of our apartments are fully furnished and decorated the moment they walk thru the door. We supply everything from kitchen appliances, furniture, bedding, personal hygeniene items, clothing, toys, and lawn equipment.
