The mission of La Amistad Foundation, Inc. DBA Lakewood Center is to enhance the quality of life for adults with chronic mental illness.

Description:
La Amistad Foundation owns and operates Lakewood Center, a long-term residential treatment center for adults with chronic mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism and depression. The 15-acre campus is located in Fern Park just north of Maitland.
