Spend a relaxing sun drenched day gleaning, or picking, fresh produce for Central Florida's hungry! Gleaning is rewarding, fun and easy to do. Fresh vegetables & fruits gathered by you in the morning are often on the tables of the hungry that evening.
Gleanings are typically held in a grove or field on Saturday mornings from 8:30-12:00pm. Most work site locations are within a 45 minute drive of Orlando. Tools are provided and a brief "how to" is given the morning of. All ages welcome.

Monday-Friday events also available upon request. Minimum group size 10+ please.
About Society of St. Andrew: Society of St. Andrew is a grassroots hunger relief organization (501c3) which organizes volunteers to salvage fresh produce from backyards, groves, fields, and packing houses.
