Read & Succeed is held on Tuesday evenings from 6 - 7 pm. Volunteers are needed to read with and mentor students and test student progress. Reading mentors interact one-on-one with students. Activities include reading aloud, listening to student read, and reviewing sight words.

Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival

Our volunteer availabilities are as follows: (all are 2 hour blocks except for the children's workshop which is 2.5 hours). Viewing- This involves walking with a board member around the art festival making sure that all the rules are being followed (artist set up correctly, no dogs in the park, etc.) This is a wonderful way to see all of the art work at the festival. Flexible hours between 6pm Friday till 12noon Saturday. Help with event set up, registration, fundraising signage, break down, various other support functions such as help with games, entertainment stage, luminaria set up and break down. This is an 18 hour relay event to celebrate cancer survivorship, remember cancer victims, and raise funds that support research and development for a cure.
